Ragley Estate Lamb
Our flock of around 1,000 ewes graze on the estate park and grassland throughout the year. Lambs born in spring each year then become available from late July or early August. Our head butcher works closely with the farm manager and the shepherd to ensure that we have a constant supply of lamb in-store – reacting to customer and seasonal demand.
Our lamb products range from traditional cuts like shoulder, leg, loin and chops to something prepared by our butchers for special occasions and meals to impress.
