Ragley Estate is a prestigious outdoor event venue set within 450 acres of Capability Brown designed parkland, in the heart of Warwickshire, The Ragley Estate makes for an immersive and diverse events venue.

Over the years, Ragley has played host to a wide array of events ranging from concerts and festivals to car shows & duathlons, trade shows, craft fairs and everything in between.

Since Ragley closed as a public attraction in 2017 the calendar of events has grown and diversified each year, welcoming well over 200,000 visitors to stately home venue over the summer season.

As one of Warwickshire’s leading events venues, Ragley Estate has hosted Tom Jones, Jools Holland, UB40 and Madness, and comedy performances by Lenny Henry and Jo Brand. More recently Ragley has welcomed guests to Kirstie Allsopp’s Handmade Fair, The Classic Motor Show, Camper Calling and fan-favourite picnic concerts Battle Proms and Classic Ibiza.

The varying outdoor event spaces, combined with the picturesque woodland and lake views, lend themselves to many types of outdoor events. With its convenient location close to Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Leamington Spa and within easy reach of Birmingham, Coventry and London, Ragley sits close to a huge potential audience and would make the perfect event venue for large scale projects.

The Estate boasts five licensed event spaces, with a pre-existing licence for 9,999 visitors. Event organisers regularly work with Stratford District Council to obtain licences for much bigger events and Ragley’s setting is perfect for small events to grow into larger-scale events. Indeed, the largest annual event held at Ragley, The National Game Fair, currently welcomes 120,000 visitors over a 3 day period.

Offering a range of event spaces Ragley is a Warwickshire venue that offers you the scope to deliver an exciting and memorable event on a substantial scale.

West Park is the largest of our outdoor event spaces available, measuring approximately 91 acres, perfect for a fully contained site.
the Lakeside Field and Payne’s Close, are on opposite sides of the lake with incredible woodland views and are often used as campsites or event villages.

The adjoining Polo Field, will often host large concert stages and show sites as well as having hosted many equestrian events over the years. Finally Ragley Hall itself, with its breath-taking views of the park, sits in the centre of the Estate. A spectacular events venue, the house is a 17^th century Palladian stately home surrounded by 26 acres of formal Robert Marnock designed gardens. The house and gardens can be opened as an additional experience for your visitors. Our passionate tour guides can show visitors the state rooms, the wonderful Rose Gardens or the working stable yards and antique carriage collections.

For many of our events, the Hall makes a fantastic backdrop to a concert stage, show site or even just as a lasting memory as your guests depart the estate.

With great road networks, as well as 6 access roads into the estate and a dedicated HGV entrances, the site lends itself naturally to large scale events throughout the build, live and break dates, meaning vehicular access and traffic movement to and from your event can be managed efficiently.
