Classic Ibiza is a long-established event in the annual calendar of music and entertainment at Ragley. This open-air celebration of White Isle inspired house music, is re-invented by a 32-piece orchestra, headline DJs and live vocalists. Tickets to this year’s event are SOLD OUT, but we have 4 tickets to be won in our exclusive Prize Draw. 

All you have to do is like the Classic Ibiza Prize Draw Post on Instagram, follow @ragleyestate and @classic_ibiza, and tag THREE friends you’d like to bring with you. 

But be quick – entries close on Thursday 4^th July at 6pm. Tickets will be provided by email on Friday 5^th July. Terms and conditions apply – see below.

• Entry to Ragley’s prize draw run via Instagram (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Ragley or Revival Productions or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
• To enter the Prize Draw, follow the @ragleyestate and @classic_ibiza accounts on Instagram and follow the steps in the relevant Prize Draw post.
• Entries must be received by Thursday 4^th July 2024 at 18:00. 
• There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
• There will be one winner as highlighted in the relevant Prize Draw post.
• The prize(s) will be set out on the website, with a link from the prize draw post.
• The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 24 hours of the closing date.
• To notify the winner, Ragley will: leave a comment in the comments of the relevant Prize Draw post asking entrants to check their own profile to see if they are a winner; and/orleave a comment on the winner’s profile and advise them how to claim their prize; and/or send the winner a private message.
• In the event that the Prize Draw post states that the winner will not be the entrant but the person the entrant tags (the “nominated party”), the nominated party must have a registered Instagram account. Entrants will not be able to provide their nominated party’s personal details and the nominated party will be required to notify Ragley of their details directly within 24 hours of notification. If the nominated party does not do so or are unwilling to do so, Ragley reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize by 13:00 on Friday 5^th July 2024. If they do not do so, then Ragley reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Collection or delivery of the The Prize will be arranged within 24 hours of the winner claiming their prize and providing their details to Ragley. Where the prizes are experiences or tickets, the winner details may be passed to the third party responsible for fulfilling the prize for them to agree a mutually convenient date and time. Prizes are subject to availability where stated. 
• Any decision of Ragley as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Ragley accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of the relevant entry channel or any other reason.
• The prize(s) is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• Any prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Ragley reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
• Ragley reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
• Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s terms of service.
• The surname and the county of the winner will be available on request for one month after the prize has been claimed by sending an email to info@ragley.co.uk. Winners may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to info@ragley.co.uk at any point up until they claim their prize. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
• Entrants confirm that they are the creators and owners of any image/text/Prize Draw entry which they submit as part of the Prize Draw. Entrants agree that they have obtained any necessary consents, including permission from any third parties featuring in the entry.
• By entering the Prize Draw, entrants assign their rights and interests in the entry to Ragley.  Ragley may use the entry for their own purposes, including the right to adapt the entry and to use it for commercial gain including but not limited to featuring the image/text/Prize Draw entry in email communications and across Ragley social media platforms.
• By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Ragley for the sole purpose of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with Ragley’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at ragley.co.uk
• To the extent that elements of the prize is being provided by a third party, the personal data of the winner may be passed on to that third party for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
• The entrants and winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes and the entrants and winners agree to participate if requested.
• The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
• Entrants acknowledge and accept Instagram will not have any liability to the entrants and the entrants and winners fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, or associated with Instagram, and entrants and winners are providing information to Ragley NOT Instagram for use by Ragley in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
